What is a Kundli?
A Kundli, also called a Janam Kundli or birth chart, represents the positions of celestial bodies for a particular date, time and location according to an astrological calculation. In Vedic astrology, practitioners use the chart to discuss symbolic themes associated with life and personality.
Think of a Kundli as a framework for interpretation, not as a scientific measurement of character or future events. Different astrologers may emphasize different aspects of the same chart, and the conclusions are not guaranteed facts.
The role of birth information
